Rates
** The studio is only available to for professional photographers with Liability Insurance **
** Not available for parties, events, workshops, yoga classes, etc **
Hours must include your load-in, setup, strike, load-out and cleanup time.
| $299 | Full day - 8 Hours |
| $199 | Half day - 4 Hours |
Other charges :
| $50 | Overtime - Each additional hour (if schedule allows during regular business hours) |
| $25 | Additional cleanup by us (only if necessary) |
| $45 | Fresh coat of white paint on cove. (Optional) |
| $50 | Groups exceeding 8 people (including children) at any one time in the studio are subject to a Higher capacity / impact production fee. |
Discount Rates
Members of CAPIC, PPOC, ASMP are entitled to 10% off Rental of studio with Valid I.D.
